# Contact Median support

Reach the Median team from the dashboard, and what to include so the problem is fixed on the first reply.

Open **Help**, the question mark in the top bar, and press **Contact
support**. Median's support agent answers first. It can look into your
organization and fix common problems itself, and it asks before it changes
anything. A person from the Median team picks up whatever it cannot finish.

| The support agent can | Detail |
| --- | --- |
| Check your organization | Widget and channel status, failing documents, sources, tool endpoints and webhooks |
| Read your logs | To find the run or the delivery that failed |
| Fix knowledge | Retry a failed document, refresh a source, and test what a search finds |
| Check tools | Sync an endpoint, and test a low risk tool |
| Fix a conversation | Resolve, reopen, restore, wake or resume it |
| Handle your data | Request an export or a deletion of your data |
| Report a bug in Median | With the browser errors from your session attached |

**Share feedback**, beside **Contact support** in the same menu, sends an idea
or a bug report to the Median team without starting a chat.

## What to include

| Include | Where to find it |
| --- | --- |
| The organization | The organization switcher |
| The thread ID, such as `W-12` | The conversation queue and the thread header |
| The exact message | The screen, or the browser console |
| When it happened | Date, time and time zone |
| The log entry | **Logs**, open the entry, copy **Entry ID** |
| What you already tried | |

Never paste a `median_key_` value into a chat. If one leaks, revoke it on
**Settings → API** and create another.
