Median is an AI support agent for your product, with an inbox for whatever it cannot finish. This help center covers using Median day to day. Building it into your product is covered in the developer docs.
How it works
| Step | What happens | Read more |
|---|---|---|
| Customers write in | From the widget on your site, your help center, email or your Discord server | Choose where customers reach you |
| The agent answers | It searches your knowledge, calls the tools your developer gave it, and replies in the thread | Build your knowledge base, Set up your agent |
| Your team takes over | A thread the agent cannot finish moves to Needs a person. High risk tool calls wait for a teammate's approval | Work the inbox |
| Signal collects the rest | Bugs and suggestions from conversations, the feedback panel and your community land in Signal. Send them on to Linear or GitHub | Triage bugs and suggestions |
