Who am I
The person behind an OAuth token, where the session is bound, and everywhere else it could be. Token-only: a key is an organization, not a person. org is null for a fresh account that has not created one yet.

200 | The person and their organizations. |
400 | The request is malformed, and the message names the field. |
401 | The bearer token is missing, revoked, or expired. |
429 | Too many requests. Wait the seconds in Retry-After. Limits depend on the plan. See rate limits. |
